His Glory is seeking a highly responsible, mission-aligned Ranch & Security Manager to oversee the daily

operations, security, and stewardship of His Glory Ranch. This is a live-in leadership role for an individual

who demonstrates operational excellence, strong situational awareness, and spiritual maturity.

The Ranch & Security Manager serves as the on-site authority responsible for property management,

security oversight, facilities readiness, and logistical support for ministry events and guests. This individual

ensures the ranch remains safe, well-maintained, secure, and mission-ready at all times.
